Specialized Hanger Device for Immersion Plating

Using dedicated fixtures for the gold plating production of long boards effectively prevents surface wrinkles and abnormal gold color issues. This ensures even exchange of the product in the plating bath, with uniform control of gold-nickel thickness across all areas of the product

Immersion plating is a key process for achieving high-quality surface finishes in super-long Flexible circuits. Flex Plus has developed and utilizes customized hanger devices specifically designed for super-long printed circuit boards, delivering the following benefits:

  • Uniform Plating Distribution: The hanger design minimizes deformation or movement of the long boards, ensuring an even coating across the entire PCB surface.

  • Efficient Current Distribution Control: Optimized electrode placement guarantees consistent plating thickness, meeting high-precision circuit requirements.

  • Reduced Defects and Contamination: Special materials and designs in the hanger minimize plating defects, such as bubbles or contamination, ensuring flawless surface finishes.


Specialized Electrical Testing Equipment
